Abstract:
A backlight module, comprising: a light guide plate (11), wherein the light guide plate (11) comprises a first inclined side surface (A) and an upper bottom surface (110) and a lower bottom surface (111) that are parallel to each other, and the included angle between the first inclined side surface (A) and the lower bottom surface (111) is an acute angle; a light emitting element (20) arranged below the first inclined side surface (A); and a first reflector plate (21) arranged on the surface of the first inclined side surface (A). Also provided is a display device. The thickness of the backlight module can be kept small, thereby facilitating a light and thin design of a liquid crystal display.
