Abstract:
A backlight module and a light guide plate (11) thereof. The light guide plate (11) comprises: a plate-shaped body (27), one surface of which being a light-exit surface (12); and a protruding portion (14) protruding from the body (27) at the backside of the light-exit surface (12) in the direction opposite to the light-exit direction. The protrusive portion (14) separates the body (27) of the light guide plate (11) from a reflective sheet (16) and allows an air layer (15) to be formed between the light guide plate (11) and the reflective sheet (16), so that the body (27) of the light guide plate (11) and the reflective sheet (16) are difficult to attach to one another.
