Abstract:
A backlight module and a liquid crystal display apparatus comprising same. The backlight module comprises a light guide plate (11), an optical film (12), a backplane (13) and a fixing part (14). The light guide plate (11) comprises a light emitting surface (111) and a side surface (112) connected to the light emitting surface (111). The optical film (12) comprises a film main body (121) arranged on the light emitting surface (111) and a bending part (122) that is bent and extends from an edge of the film main body (121) and is attached to the side surface (112). The backplane (13) comprises a bottom plate (131) and a vertical part (132) that is bent and extends from the edge of the bottom plate (131). The light guide plate (11) is arranged on the bottom plate (131). The vertical part (132) and the bending part (122) are arranged at an interval. The fixing part (14) is elastically supported between the vertical part (132) and the bending part (122), so as to press the bending part (122) on the side surface (112) of the light guide plate (11). The backlight module and liquid crystal display apparatus can efficiently save a space of the backplane, which is beneficial to a narrow frame design.
