Abstract:
Disclosed are a display device and a backlight source assembly of a liquid crystal display in the display device. The backlight source assembly comprises a light guide plate (1) and a light source panel (4), a side edge of the light guide plate (1) being provided with a trapezoidal incident light groove (2), light sources (3) being provided on the light source panel (4), the light sources (3) being provided in the trapezoidal incident light groove (2), a side edge, where the trapezoidal incident light groove (2) is not disposed, of the light guide plate (1) being provided with a reflection strip, and the reflection strip being adhered to a side edge of the light guide plate (1). By providing the trapezoidal incident light groove (2) on the light guide plate (1), the light sources (3) are provided in the trapezoidal incident light groove (2), increasing the diffusion of the light sources (3) in the light guide plate (1), and improving the utilisation rate of the light sources (3), wherein on the basis of keeping the brightness unchanged, the number of light sources (3) can be reduced to achieve narrower edges of the backlight source assembly.
