Abstract:
A backpack blower work apparatus retains the advantages of an air intake port (conical type) while simultaneously solving other problems such as working performance. A backpack blower work apparatus (1) for generating an airflow using a blower (3) provided on a backpack frame (10), wherein the blower (3) has an air intake port (41) facing the backpack frame (10) with an interval interposed therebetween, the air intake port (41) is covered with an air intake port cover (61) that projects toward the backpack frame (10) from the blower (3), the backpack frame (10) has a recess (29) formed in the surface part thereof facing the air-intake port cover (61), and the recess (29) is of a shape that recedes from at least around the outer contour of the air intake port cover (61).
