Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of wet tissue production and soaking technology. Disclosed is bacteriostatic function-based automated equipment for wet tissue production. The present invention comprises a soaking box. The interior of the soaking box is provided with filtering assemblies, guide assemblies and a soaking assembly respectively. The filtering assemblies are fixedly arranged at two sides of the interior of the soaking box, and ultrasonic vibration plates are fixedly connected to the other two sides of the interior of the soaking box respectively. There are three groups of guide assemblies, wherein two groups of guide assemblies are fixedly arranged at the top end position inside the soaking box, the other group of guide assemblies is fixedly arranged at the bottom position inside the soaking box, and the two groups of guide assemblies located at the top end are symmetrically distributed about the central axis of the guide assemblies located at the bottom; and each guide assembly comprises a slide rail, an electric slide block, a fixed roller, and a movable roller. According to the present invention, non-woven fabric is presented in an "S" shape in a stock solution by means of a soaking assembly. Therefore, the surface area of the non-woven fabric in the stock solution is increased, thus increasing the soaking efficiency. Furthermore, the longer the soaking time, the better the soaking effect.
