Abstract:
The present application provides a baffling air-cooled generator stator and a generator with high torque density. The generator stator comprises a stator core and a plurality of stator windings. The stator core comprises a plurality of lamination groups. The plurality of lamination groups are arranged to form a hollow columnar structure, and a plurality of stator teeth are formed on the side close to the generator rotor. The stator core comprises a cavity and a cooling air duct which are located in a hollow position, and at least one lamination group comprises a plurality of same laminations stacked in the thickness direction and is provided with the cooling air duct. The plurality of stator windings are assembled in stator slots, ventilation gaps are formed between the stator windings and at least one stator tooth adjacent to the stator windings in the tooth width direction, the ventilation gaps extend along the stator teeth, and the cooling air duct is communicated with the ventilation gaps and the cavity in the hollow position of the stator core. According to the solution, comprehensive optimization of the electromagnetic performance and the cooling effect of the generator is achieved, the upper limit of the torque density of the generator is effectively improved, the stator core is stacked by the same laminations, and it is not easy to cause material confusion.
