[Problem] To provide a bag-feeding device and a bag-feeding packaging machine provided with the same that handle a continuous packaging bag body, such that: quality can be ensured and bag loss can be kept to a minimum; bag-feeding to the packaging part side can be unmanned or have less personnel, and the device can be simplified and cost can be significantly reduced; and space can be economized to suit large capacity bag-feeding packaging. [Solution] This bag-feeding device Q includes: a continuous packaging bag body feeding mechanism 11 that feeds a continuous packaging bag body S; a cutting mechanism 12 that cuts the continuous packaging bag body S into packaging bags a, the continuous packaging bag body being fed from the continuous packaging bag body feeding mechanism 11; and a packaging bag transfer mechanism 13 for transferring the packaging bags a, which have been cut by the cutting mechanism 12, to the packaging part side.
