Abstract:
A bag filling machine for liquid products comprises a machine frame (1) and a control device (900). The followings are provided on the machine frame (1) in turn: a static-eliminating bag pre-opening device (200) for opening static-adhered films, a film adjusting device (300) for correcting the movement of the film bag material, a film conveying device (400) for conveying the film bag material backwards, a bag opening device (500) for separating two layers of the film bag material by sucking, a bag producing device (600) for sealing and cutting off the film bag material to produce a film bag, and a bag enclosing-filling-sealing device (700) for putting a liquid inner bag into the film bag and sealing it. The bag filling machine for liquid products is fully automatic with no need of human operation, has high production efficiency and saves outer bag material.
