Abstract:
A bag manufacturing and packing machine capable of stably forming a hem section. The bag manufacturing and packing machine (1) comprises a bag manufacturing and packing unit (5), a film feeding unit (2), a heater block (330), a folding plate (332), and an adhesion assisting member (334). The bag manufacturing and packing unit (5) manufactures, using a film, a bag in which an article to be packed is packed. The film feeding unit (2) feeds the film to the bag manufacturing and packing unit (5). The heater block (330) is disposed in a path through which the film fed by the film feeding unit (2) is conveyed to the bag manufacturing and packing unit (5) and comprises a groove extending from the upstream side to the downstream side in the film conveying direction. The folding plate (332) is intruded into the groove of the heat block (330) and partially bends, in V-shape, the film conveyed along the heater block (330). The adhesion assisting member (334) forms the hem section by joining the bent section of the film which is a part of a packing material partially bent in V-shape.
