As shown therein, in the present invention, in a bag comprising a bag body having a stable outer frame, a pole formed in one side of the body and being extendable for pulling and pushing the bag for thereby achieving a movement of the bag, a handle part having a handle provided at one end of the pole, and wheels provided at a lower side of the bag body, the present invention is formed of a frame belonging to a structure of a baby carriage, and a seat part formed of seats of a baby carriage.

The frame includes an intermediate pole 110 slidably inserted into the pole 12 of the bag body 10 and connected by a horizontal bar 112, fixing members 120,120a, and 120b fixedly engaged to the bag body and supporting the pole, a leg 140 having a plurality of assistant wheels 142 engaged to the

fixing member 120 by a hinge 130 and outwardly extended from the back side of the bag and forming a support angle of the baby carriage, and a two-joint support link 150 having one end fixed to the back side of the bag body and the other end fixed to the leg 140 for thereby achieving a foldable structure.

The seat includes a seat plate 210 engaged to an upper side of the front surface of the bag body 10 and including a cushion layer for forming a seat by rotating the same in the direction of the upper surface of the bag, and a back rest 220 engaged to the fixing member 120 by a hinge and having a cushion layer for rotating the same from the back side of the bat to the upper side and closely contacting the same to the intermediate pole 110.

The backrest 220 includes a two-divided cushion layer for fixing to the horizontal bar 112 of the intermediate pole 110, and the support plate 224 having a magic band 226 is engaged to both ends near the hinge 130. An engaging member 228 is engaged to both ends of the opposite side.

A locking member is provided at the backrest 220 for temporarily fixing the backrest to the horizontal bar 112 of the intermediate pole 110. Here, the locking member includes a locking device 222 capable of performing one touch type locking and unlocking operations with respect to divided cushion sides or includes a locking band 222a engaged to one end of the two-divided cushion layer and formed of a magic band 222a for covering the horizontal bar 112. The seat plate 210 includes a cushion layer, and both sides of the seat plate 210 are

opened. The magic band 214 is provided in the interior of the same.

An extendable handle 14a is engaged to an end of both sides of a traction handle 14 by a hinge.

In the drawings, reference numeral 160 represents a magic band, and 162 represents a seat safety belt.

The operation of the present invention will be described in detail.

As shown in Figures 3A and 3B, when the bag with a baby carriage according to the present invention is used as a bag, the poles 12 and 110 are pushed down for thereby carrying the bag. In addition, the poles may be pulled out, so that the bag can be pushed or pulled, rolling on the ground.

At this time, in the bag body 10, the assistant wheels 142 operating as a baby carriage and being provided on the back surface are folded and engaged by the engaging members 228 and 228a by the backrest 220. Therefore, it is possible to have a good outer visual appearance.

In the above state, when the user carries a baby or an infant, the baby carriage provided to the bag of the present invention is unfolded and used as a baby carriage.

As shown in Figures 1,4 and 6, the seat plate on which the baby sits, is installed.

The seat plate 210 is attached to the front surface of the bag body 10, and the upper side of the same is covered. When pulling a lower side of the

seat plate 210, the seat plate 210 attached by the magic band 160 is separated and installed by rotating the same to the upper surface of the bag. The seat plate 210 includes a cushion layer.

When the seat plate 210 is separated, rotated and supported by the upper surface of the bag, the engaging members 228 and 228a formed of a zipper or a magic band is released, so that the backrest 220 is separated from the back side of the bag and is rotated with respect to the hinge 130 and is upwardly moved and installed. In this state, in the backrest, the horizontal bar 112 of the intermediate pole 110 is provided between the two-divided cushion layers. At this time, the locking apparatus 222 is pressed, so that a locker pin is engaged to the opposite shaft hole and is stably fixed to the intermediate pole 110 (Figure 5A).

The locking apparatus 222 is formed of a common locker that is performed based on a one-touch locking and unlocking method for achieving a user's convenience. In the case that the locking apparatus 22 is formed of a locking band 222a such as a magic band, it is designed to have a stable fixing operation and a user's convenience (Figure 5B).

When the backrest 220 is installed, the support plate 224 installed at both sides of the backrest 220 is rotated and arranged orthogonally with respect to the seat plate 210. The magic band 226 is adhered to the magic band 214 provided in the interior of the opening of both sides of the seat plate 210, so that

the support plate 224 and the seat plate 210 are stably adhered, whereby the seat plate is not moved out or the backrest 220 is not escaped.

When the seat plate 210 and the backrest 220 are installed, the leg 140 is pulled out. Since the leg is engaged to the fixing member 120 by the hinge 130, the leg is rotated with respect to the hinge as a shaft and is pulled out. The leg is distanced from the wheels provided in the bag body 10 by a certain distance, so that the bag is supported with four wheels on the ground. At this time, the widened distance of the leg 140 is limited by the support link 150 fixed to the body 10, and the folding of the leg 140 is prevented by an external force applied thereto.

The hinge provided at the center of the support link 150 is provide in a V- shaped. The above construction is well known, so that the details are omitted.

The assistant wheels 142 of the leg 140 are rotatable at 360° vertically with respect to the ground for a change of the direction of the baby carriage.

In addition, the pole 12 and the intermediate pole 110 additionally provided to the pole are slidably inserted with each other. Since the pole 12 and the intermediate pole 110 pass through the fixing members 120 and 120a and are supported thereby. It is possible to fabricate with no clearance therein.

In the above construction, it is possible to easily fold and unfold for achieving a combined use of the bag and the baby carriage. Women are capable of easily performing the folding and unfolding operation.

When the deformation of the bag is finished for performing the combined use of the baby carriage by simply folding the bag, a certain mat or baby blanket is arranged on the seat plate 210 or a baby may be sit thereon using the cushion layer itself.

When the safety belt 162 is engaged for a safety of the baby, the baby sits on the seat plate 210 in a slightly backwardly slanted state, so that the baby can stably sit on the seat plate 210.

When the baby sitting is finished, the parent forwardly rotates the handle 14a provided in the pulling handle 14 and pushes, so that the bag can be used as a baby carriage with four wheels.

Finally, the baby is sat on the upper side of the bag, so that it is possible to implement a function of a baby carriage and a belonging carriage.

When the movement of the baby is finished, the baby carriage is folded in the sequence reverse to the unfolding sequence. Thereafter, the backrest 220 is closed, and the construction is changed to the bag shape.

As shown in Figure 7, there is provided another example of the seat plate.

In the case that the thickness of the bag is too thin, so that the baby cannot sit easily, the seat plate 210a installed on the upper surface of the bag body is provided more widely in the forward and backward directions.

The seat plate 210a is formed of an extrusion plate having a support

steel frame. The outer side of the seat plate 210a is provided with a woven fabric having a cushion layer.

In the above embodiment of the present invention, the operation is the same as the earlier embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment of the present invention is designed to be adapted to a small bag having a narrow width. Therefore, the widths of the seat plate are widely increased in the forward and backward directions.

As described above, the upper surface of the bag is adapted as a seat for sitting a baby thereon. The foldable assistant wheels are provided in the back surface of the bag. Therefore, the bag may be used as a baby carriage, so that it is possible to achieve an easier movement when people carry a baby. It is possible to concurrently carry belongings and baby by providing a bag with a function of a baby carriage. In particular, it is possible to achieve an inherent function of a bag without largely damaging an outer visual appearance of the bag based on a foldable structure of the baby carriage. In the case that the bag with a baby carriage is used only for the bag, the well-aligned bag structure is achieved for thereby preventing a complicated structure of the bag, thus achieving a simple design of the bag. It is possible to easily operate the folding and unfolding operations of the bag with a baby carriage according to the present invention without using a certain tool. Therefore, the bag with a baby carriage according to the present invention is very well adapted practically

based on its easily operation.

As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
