Abstract:
Disclosed are a bagged spring bed net and a manufacturing method therefor. The bagged spring bed net is formed by arranging and bonding a plurality of double-row bagged spring strings, wherein each double-row bagged spring string is formed by arranging and connecting two separate bagged spring strings, and two bagged spring strings of each double-row bagged spring string are connected through ultrasonic soldering or sweat soldering. According to the bagged spring bed net and the manufacturing method therefor, the single bagged spring string is subjected to ultrasonic soldering or sweat soldering to form the double-row bagged spring string, and adjacent double-row bagged spring strings are bonded together by glue to form the bagged spring bed net, thus effectively saving on consumption of the bonding glue, and reducing the manufacturing cost thereof.
