Abstract:
Bainite cast steel for a semi-autogenous grinding mill, a preparation method therefor, and a bainite cast steel liner of the semi-autogenous grinding mill, which relate to the technical field of wear-resistant steel. The bainite cast steel comprises the following chemical compositions by mass percentage: 0.4-1.0wt% C, 1.0-2.0wt% Si, 0.5-1.5wt% Mn, 1.0-2.0wt% Cr, 0.2-0.8wt% Mo, 0.3-0.8wt% Cu, 0.3-1.5wt% Ni, 0-0.08wt% Al, P≤0.03%, S≤0.025%, and the remainder is Fe and unavoidable impurities. The preparation method uses a two-step isothermal quenching process to convert a matrix structure into bainite interphase austenite, so that the prepared bainite steel has the properties of high strength, high toughness and high wear resistance compared to conventional chromium-molybdenum steel, high manganese steel and Hardox plates. Meanwhile, when the prepared bainite cast steel is used for the bainite cast steel liner of the semi-autogenous grinding mill, the service life of the liner can be significantly improved.
