Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a bakelite purlin manufactured by a pre-fabricated member having a flow guide layer. The bakelite purlin uses phenolic resin as matrix resin, the pre-fabricated member with the flow guide layer comprises a layered glass mat, a flow guide layer fiber cloth and an inter-layer continuous fiber, wherein the flow guide layer fiber cloth is located at a middle-layer position of the layered glass mat, and the layered glass mat and the flow guide layer fiber cloth are sewn together by means of the inter-layer continuous fiber. The bakelite purlin is light-weight, safe and reliable, as well as economically sensible; the bakelite purlin allows for speedy construction and highly industrialized manufacturing, while exhibiting fire-proof and corrosion-resistant properties.
