Abstract:
Bakeware is described comprising a peripheral wall, a reinforcing band substantially encircling the peripheral wall, the peripheral wall including a flange shaped to substantially enclose the reinforcing band and to define an upper face and a lower face, wherein the reinforcing band is of profiled form having across section defining a substantially straight load transmitting path extending between the upper face and the lower face to transmit loads therebetween.
