Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a baking device with which uneven baking of baked objects does not occur easily and an oven in which said baking device has been incorporated. The baking device is provided with: an endless belt (18) having a loading region (19) on which objects (A) to be baked are loaded and a non-loading region (20) facing the loading region (19), and being formed to be capable of conveying the objects (A) to be baked; an upper heating section (13) disposed above the loading region (19) of the endless belt (18) for heating objects (A) to be baked that have been loaded on the loading region (19) of the endless belt (18); a lower heating section (14) disposed below the loading region (19) of the endless belt (18) for heating the loading region (19) of the endless belt (18); and a pre-heating section (15) disposed near the non-loading region (20) of the endless belt (18) for heating the non-loading region (20) of the endless belt (18).
