Abstract:
A baking plate suspending assembly comprises a housing (1), a baking plate (2) disposed in the housing (1) and a heating component (3). Also comprised are a fastener (4) for connecting the housing (1) and the baking plate (2), and an elastic piece (5) for pushing the heating component (3) toward the baking plate (2). The position of the baking plate (2) is fixed relative to the housing (1) by means of the fastener (4), and the elastic force of the elastic piece (5) is utilized to cause the heating component (5) to fit closely with the baking plate (2), such that heat generated by the heating component (3) can be conducted to the baking plate (2) quickly and evenly to rapidly heat up the baking plate (2), and the energy required for baking foods can be saved effectively due to high-efficiency heat conduction between the heating component (3) and the heating plate (2). The heating component (3) and the baking plate (2) are suspended inside the housing (1) under the combined action of the elastic piece (5) and the fastener (4), such that a sufficient space for heat dissipation is provided between the heating component (3) and the housing (1) to facilitate fast heat dissipation while the heating component (3) operates, making the heating component (3) less likely to become damaged, thus extending the service life thereof.
