Abstract:
The present invention relates to a balance exercise apparatus, which can meet various needs, of a user, such as balance exercises and posture correction, enables the user to easily adjust the difficulty level of the exercises as necessary so as to enable athletic performance to be increased, and comprises: a main board having a plurality of mounting grooves formed on the upper side thereof; and a pair of coupling pieces having protrusion parts, which can be inserted and mounted in the mounting grooves of the main board, provided at the lower surface thereof.
