Abstract:
A balance explosion-proof valve, comprising a valve body, a pressure relief assembly assembled on an upper side of the valve body, and a gas pressure balance assembly assembled on a lower side of the pressure relief assembly. The valve body comprises an outer valve ring body, an inner valve ring body, and several connecting arms that connect an inner wall surface of the outer valve ring body and an outer surface of the inner valve ring body. The pressure relief assembly comprises: a piston, which is pressed against a surface of the outer valve ring body; a waterproof and gas-permeable film, of which the periphery is combined on the piston; an upper cover plate; and a magnetic attraction sheet, which is sandwiched between the upper cover plate and the piston. The gas pressure balance assembly is mounted to a lower side of the piston and passes through a central sleeve hole. The piston comprises: a recessed cavity; a pressing step, which is formed by protruding upwards from the periphery of the recessed cavity; and an outer ring portion, which is formed by protruding upwards from the outer edge of the pressing step. The waterproof and gas-permeable film has the periphery thereof fixed to the pressing step and covers the recessed cavity, and the periphery of the magnetic attraction sheet is provided with several notches communicating with the outside. The present application is low in manufacturing cost.
