Abstract:
A balance hoisting apparatus, a vehicle-mounted exchange box system and a multi-oil-cylinder synchronization method, relating to the technical field of vehicle-mounted loading and unloading. The balance hoisting apparatus comprises at least two oppositely arranged hoisting arms (1), wherein each hoisting arm (1) comprises a balance arm (2) and a driving arm for driving the balance arm (2) to move; the balance arm (1) is rotatably connected to the driving arm; a rotary connection position is a rotary connection portion (6); and a first driving device (3) for driving the balance arm to stay in a horizontal state all the time throughout the whole hoisting process is arranged between the balance arm (1) and the driving arm. According to the balance hoisting apparatus, the vehicle-mounted exchange box system and the multi-oil-cylinder synchronization method, a container can be stably hoisted to improve the operation safety; no waiting time for loading and unloading is needed during a transferring process; the vehicle utilization rate is improved; a vehicle can be guided to move to a desired position, such that an effective butt joint of the hoisting arm and a box body is guaranteed; the balance arm can be automatically adjusted to be in a horizontal state throughout the whole hoisting process; the automation degree is high; and the working efficiency is improved.
