Abstract:
The present invention relates to a crane which can maintain its balance regardless of the rocking of a vessel by using the concept of zero moment, and to vessels on which the same is mounted and which can load and unload cargo at sea far from land. Provided is a crane comprising: a horizontal structure which is provided in such a way as to allow a trolley to move transversely; a first column which supports the horizontal structure at a point constituting moment zero in the transverse direction; a second column which is provided at a distance from the first column and supports one end of the horizontal structure; a second support which is provided on the second column so as to allow the vertical height of the second column to be adjusted; and a base which supports the first column and the second column. By means of support using the zero moment point, the present invention allows precise balance control because balance can be maintained even without applying substantial force to a hydraulic cylinder.
