Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of elastic mattresses. Disclosed are a balance mattress, an elastic mattress comprising the balance mattress, and furniture. The balance mattress comprises a mattress body, wherein the mattress body comprises an upper surface and a lower surface, which are opposite each other in the thickness direction thereof; a plurality of accommodating holes arranged at intervals are formed in the lower surface, and each accommodating hole is used for accommodating part of a corresponding elastic module, so that the balance mattress can be placed on a plurality of elastic modules so as to restrain the movement of the elastic modules in the transverse direction of the balance mattress; a plurality of buffer holes arranged at intervals are formed in the upper surface, and form a buffer layer portion at an upper portion of the mattress body; and each buffer hole and the corresponding accommodating hole are separated from each other in the thickness direction by means of a separation portion of the mattress body. Each accommodating hole accommodates part of the corresponding elastic module so as to restrain the movement of the elastic module in the transverse direction of the balance mattress, thereby improving the stability of the plurality of elastic modules; and by means of air contained in the plurality of buffer holes in the buffer layer portion, the buffer performance and comfort performance of the balance mattress are improved.
