Abstract:
[Problem] Not to be able to be readily enjoyed since a user may slip on a belt and fall, and in addition it is necessary to get used to before becoming able to step on a belt. [Solution] Balance training equipment 100 is configured from a rail-shaped body 1 that is formed entirely of an elastic body, a pair of rail-connection holes 2 each provided near both ends of the body 1, and a connecting tool 4 having a pair of two protrusions 3 to be fitted in the holes 2 at prescribed intervals. A bottom surface 5 that is flush with the body 1 is placed on the floor of a room, the user steps on the body 1 with one foot, lifts the other foot off the floor and opens both hands to keep overall balance, and walks in one direction on the body 1 so as not to fall. Thereby, the sense of balance of the whole body is trained. There is no difference in height even if the user slips, therefore it is less likely to fall and it is possible to play safely. Furthermore, since the elastic body is used and the user feels less unstable unlike the case with the belt, even beginners can enjoy the equipment easily.
