Abstract:
A balancing system and an industrial robot. The balancing system comprises: a cylinder body (1) provided on the base of the industrial robot; a piston rod (2), one extremity of the piston rod (2) being inserted in a cavity of the cylinder body (1), the other extremity of the piston rod (2) being connected to a mechanical arm of the industrial robot; and a baffle (3) provided within the cavity of the cylinder body (1) and connected to either extremity of the piston rod (2) so as to move as the piston rod (2) moves. Also, the baffle (3) divides the cavity of the cylinder body (1) into a rod-less cavity (12) and a rod-having cavity (13). The rod-less cavity (12) is a vacuum cavity. When the mechanical arm moves in a first direction, the piston rod (2) converts, with the movement of the mechanical arm, the mechanical energy of the industrial robot into potential energy of the vacuum cavity for storage. When the mechanical arm moves in a second direction opposite the first direction, the piston rod (2) releases, with the movement of the mechanical arm, the energy stored by the vacuum cavity and converts the energy into mechanical energy of the industrial robot. The balancing system easily implements a function of balancing biaxial loads, is lightweight, reliable, easy to maintain, and also convenient to mount, and brings forth no motion interference.
