The present invention relates to a foldable drying rack mounted on a balcony railing and, more specifically, to a balcony railing mounted-type foldable drying rack in which a fixed holder in a folded state is unfolded and installed so as to be fixed between upper and lower transverse bars of the balcony railing, a first support bar is fixed and installed, on the upper transverse bar by using a fixing means, in a state protruding from the outside of the balcony railing, and then, an auxiliary support bar, which is rotatably installed at the lower end of the first support bar, is coupled to the fixed holder, and a second support bar, which is provided inside the first support bar and has a movable clothespin capable of fixing a drying item such as a blanket, is provided so as to extend and be used as a drying rack by inserting a extending bar in the horizontal direction from an upper portion of the first support bar, and thus, it is possible to naturally dry the drying item outside the building by fixing one side of the drying item to the clothespin and spreading out the drying item by moving the clothespin by using a control means, which has one side fixed to the clothespin and spans across a fixed pulley fixedly installed inside the second support bar, and by pulling the control means, it is possible to easily bring back the drying item as well as retract the second support bar.
