Abstract:
A baler control system, comprising: a thrust sensor arranged at a compression piston and a connection rod of a compression device and used for detecting the thrust of the compression piston in real time; a humidity sensor arranged on the compression device and used for detecting the humidity of a herbage bale; a baling oil cylinder electromagnetic valve arranged on the compression device and used for controlling the outlet size of a baling chamber; and a controller electrically connected to the thrust sensor, the humidity sensor, and the baling oil cylinder electromagnetic valve. By means of the baler control system provided by the present invention, the automatic adjustment of the density of the herbage bale is achieved, so that a herbage bale with a higher density can be made, the space occupation rate is reduced, and the economical efficiency is improved. Further disclosed is a baler control method corresponding to the baler control system, which method also has the above technical effect.
