Abstract:
Disclosed is a ball joint apparatus comprised of a resin ball seat (30) with a concave spherical surface (31) and outer surface (33), a ball stud (40) with a spherical head part (41) rotatably fitted to the concave spherical surface (31), and a ball seat housing (12) with a ball seat insertion part (20) engaging with an inner surface (22) and the outer surface (33) of the ball seat (30) where an aperture (23) of the ball seat (30) is inserted in the direction of the base (21) thereof. The outer diameter of the outer surface (33) increases from the base (21) towards the opening (23), and the inside diameter (N) of the inner surface (22) increases from the base (21) towards the opening (23), reducing torque from sliding movement without increasing elastic lift.
