Disclosed are a ballasting device having an anti-freeze function by using microbubbles and a ship for polar regions comprising same. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is the ballasting device having the anti-freeze function by using microbubbles, comprising: a ballast tank; and a microbubble supply portion for supplying microbubbles into the water inside the ballast tank.
