The present invention provides a balloon catheter in which a film for drug delivery is provided, wherein a film made of a biocompatible material, capable of supporting a necessary drug and continuously releasing the drug is provided on the surface of an expandable balloon of a balloon catheter, thereby allowing the drug to be delivered to a treatment region while continuously releasing the drug. The present invention can precisely and stably fix a film made of a biocompatible material, capable of supporting the necessary drug and continuously releasing the drug to the walls of blood of a treatment region, and can precisely and continuously deliver the drug to a treatment region, for example, the tissue inside the inner wall of a blood vessel. In addition, according to the present invention, it is possible to sequentially and continuously deliver various drugs while reducing the risk of thrombus, and biodegradability, biocompatibility and elasticity are provided to a film capable of supporting the necessary drug and continuously releasing the drug, thereby inducing no secondary diseases such as the generation of thombus, re-epithelialization, inflammatory response and the like.
