Abstract:
A bamboo artificial board unit comprises a hunk bamboo bundle curtain and an orient bamboo fiber felt. Point and/or linear shape cracks are formed on the cylinder wall of a semicircular bamboo cylinder which is split and inner nodes of the semicircular bamboo cylinder are removed from. The upper surface and the lower surface of the bamboo bundle curtain comprise a green bamboo layer and a yellow bamboo layer which are shed with a wax layer and a siliceous layer respectively. A manufacture method of the bamboo artificial board unit is also provided, and cracks are formed on the surface of the green bamboo layer and the yellow bamboo layer by a fluffer, therefore a netty structure is formed. A fluffer is used for the manufacture method, wherein a fluffing roller (5) is distributed with some fluffing teeth. The fluffing teeth are provided with knife edges which alternately extend in the circumferential direction of the fluffing roller (5), and the drum of the fluffing roller (5) is axially distributed with some rows of the knife edges.
