Abstract:
A bamboo fabric folding honeycomb board is composed of a bamboo honeycomb core and bamboo fabrics. A process for manufacturing the bamboo fabric folding honeycomb board comprises the following steps: making a weft bamboo-glass cloth glued, folded, cut in strips, spliced into a unit honeycomb core block according to the needs, then making the bamboo flake strips of the unit bamboo honeycomb core block in a vertical state along a texture to form a bamboo honeycomb core, lastly making the bamboo honeycomb core and cladding bamboo fabrics compounded after dipped with glue, heated according to the needs, pressurized to form a unit bamboo fabric folding honeycomb board. The bamboo fabric folding honeycomb board is capable of being applied to the fields of decoration, furniture and the like.
