Abstract:
A bamboo material flattening and defibering apparatus, comprising a frame (100), as well as a flattening and shaping mechanism, a cutting mechanism and a defibering and pressing mechanism that are arranged sequentially on the frame, are all electrically connected to a control system and have working surfaces on the same horizontal plane. The flattening and shaping mechanism comprises at least one horizontally arranged shaping roller assembly (10), and the cutting mechanism at least comprises an inner skin-removal cutting assembly (20), an outer skin-removal cutting assembly (30) and a shaped conveying assembly (40) provided at an interval between the two. The shaping roller assembly, the inner skin-removal cutting assembly, the outer skin-removal cutting assembly and the shaped conveying assembly have the same curvature. The defibering and pressing mechanism comprises multiple flattening and defibering sections and at least one pressing roller assembly (70), the flattening and defibering sections comprising flattening roller assemblies (50) and defibering roller assemblies (60) disposed at intervals, and the curvature and/or flatness of the flattening roller assemblies, the defibering roller assemblies, and the pressing roller assemblies gradually increasing. The bamboo material flattening and defibering apparatus has a compact structure, is accurate to control, is capable of implementing continuous flattening and defibering of bamboo materials having different thicknesses, has good processing effects and has a high yield.
