Abstract:
A bamboo railroad sleeper integrally formed by means of one-step molding. The bamboo railroad sleeper uses bamboo as a raw material, and is obtained by means of the following processes: using superheated steam at a temperature of 110-180 degrees to dry and modify the bamboo; glue dipping; glue spinning; curing; dopamine solution treatment; mold prevention, antiseptic, and/or pest prevention treatment; and fastening and securing. The bamboo railroad sleeper has a density of 0.9-1.5 g/cm3. Further disclosed is a preparation method of said bamboo railroad sleeper. The bamboo railroad sleeper has an elastic modulus suitable for ballasted tracks in railroads and urban rail transit.
