Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of bamboo product processing, and in particular to a bamboo straw processing method. The bamboo straw processing method comprises the following steps: connecting two or more bamboo pieces to form a bamboo strip; continuously winding the bamboo strip according to a preset spiral angle to form a cylinder; and cutting off the cylinder according to a preset interval to form straws. Compared with a traditional bamboo straw processing mode, according to the bamboo straw processing method provided by the present invention, the bamboo pieces are continuously jointed to be lengthened so as to obtain the bamboo strip, preparations are then made for continuous production, the continuous bamboo strip is continuously wound to form the cylinder, the whole cylinder has excellent mechanical properties, and is stable in structure and neat in appearance, the bamboo straws with extremely high specifications and performance consistency are then continuously produced by equidistant cutting, the working efficiency is improved by 20% or more overall, and a large amount of manpower and apparatus costs are reduced.
