The length that a wire harness with a band-clamp installed thereon protrudes from a panel face of a vehicle is reduced, and the force by which the wire harness is to be held by the band is increased. A band-clamp comprising resin molded material is provided with: a box-shaped body; a band section that is to be protruded from the lower-end edge of an opening at one end of a band through-hole formed on the body; and a clamp section that protrudes from the outer face of the body, and that is for latching onto the vehicle body. In this band-clamp, an upper wall of the body is formed by a plate section of the clamp section, and the band through-hole that penetrates the body in the left-right direction is encircled by the upper wall, the lower wall, and the side walls of the body. Further, a latching protrusion that protrudes into the band through-hole is formed in protrusion from an upper face of the lower wall, and the position where the latching protrusion is to latch onto latching slots formed on the band section is made to match the center of the position where the clamp section is to latch onto the vehicle. Further, a notch or a thin-thickness section for bending is formed at the center section of the plate section, which is to become the upper wall to be opposed to the latching protrusion.
