Abstract:
Disclosed is a band conveying device which is capable of implementing increased space-saving while maintaining the setting accuracy of a band to a shaping drum excellently, and is compact and lightweight.
Specifically disclosed is a band conveying device (1) which is provided with a conveying base (5) that moves in the axial center direction between a band molding drum (2) and a shaping drum (3), a frame body (6) that is provided in such a manner as to allow movement in the approaching and separating directions to and from the conveying base (5), a frame body moving means (7) for moving the frame body (6) in the approaching and separating directions, an opening/closing means (8) for opening/closing the upper side of the frame body (6), a plurality of holders (9) that are approximately equally disposed in the frame body (6) in the circumferential direction, and a link mechanism (11) for operatively connecting and synchronizing the holders (9) to induce the movement thereof back and forth, wherein, when leaving the shaping drum (3), the frame body moving means (7) moves the frame body (6) in the approaching direction, and the opening/closing means (8) opens the upper side of the frame body (6).
