Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to suppress an error between a central frequency and a target central frequency in a resonator coupling-type band-pass filter in which a post-wall waveguide is utilized. The band-pass filter (1) is provided with a dielectric substrate (2) sandwiched between a pair of conductor layers (3, 4), and post-walls (11, 12) comprising a plurality of conductor posts (11i, 12i) penetrating through the substrate (2) and short-circuiting the conductor layers (3, 4), wherein a plurality of resonators (22 to 24) comprising the conductor layers (3, 4) as a pair of wide walls and the post-walls (11, 12) as narrow walls are coupled. At least one of the resonators (22 to 24) is formed with a recess (221 to 241) penetrating through one of the wide walls (conductor layer 4) and reaching the inside of the substrate (2).
