Abstract:
A band saw blade, comprising at least one main tooth set formed of nine saw teeth that are sequentially arranged, wherein each main tooth set comprises three sub tooth groups; each sub tooth group comprises a first saw tooth (1, 4, 7) serving as a straight tooth, a second saw tooth (2, 5, 8) serving as a left branch tooth, and a third saw tooth (3, 6, 9) serving a right branch tooth that are sequentially arranged; the first saw tooth (1) of a first sub tooth group has a first height, and the two sides of the first saw tooth are both provided with a chamfer; the first saw tooth (4) of a second sub tooth group has a second height, the two sides of the first saw tooth are both provided with a chamfer, and the width of the top plane of the first saw tooth of the second sub tooth group is greater than that of the top plane of the first saw tooth (1) of the first sub tooth group; the first saw tooth (7) of a third sub tooth group has a third height, and the width of the top plane of the first saw tooth of the third sub tooth group is greater than that of the top plane of the first saw tooth (4) of the second sub tooth group; the second and third saw teeth (2, 3) of the first sub tooth group and the second and third saw teeth (8, 9) of the third sub tooth group have the same fifth height; the second and third saw teeth (5, 6) of the second sub tooth group have a fourth height, and the outer sides of the second and third saw teeth are provided with a chamfer; the first height, the second height, the third height, the fourth height, and the fifth height are sequentially decreased. The band saw blade can produce multi-slice cutting to reduce the total cutting force, thereby improving cutting efficiency.
