Abstract:
A feed vise (11) positions a work material (W) on a pass line. A band saw blade (32) has no twist, and cuts the work material (W) at a length less than the diameter of a drive wheel (31a). A product carry-out vise (21) has a product carry-out vise jaw (21j). The work material (W) is cut by clamping the work material (W) by the product carry-out vise jaw (21j) and lowering the band saw blade (32). After the completion of the cutting, the product carry-out vise (21) lowers while clamping a product (P) obtained by cutting the work material (W) and carries out the product (P) below the pass line.
