Abstract:
A bandgap reference voltage calibration method, implemented on the basis of a bandgap reference circuit. The calibration method comprises: in a first test stage, acquiring a corresponding temperature coefficient error at a first temperature and a second temperature when a trimming code is a first trimming code (S1); and obtaining a second trimming code for calibrating the temperature coefficient error, and meanwhile obtaining a corresponding first bandgap reference voltage (S2). According to the bandgap reference voltage calibration method, "single-point calibration" is first performed at the first temperature of the first test stage, and then "two-point calibration" is performed at the second temperature of the second test stage, such that only two test temperature points are needed and multiple iterations are not needed. The detection and adjustment of the effect of stress such as packaging stress fully consider the change of a reference output voltage from the first test stage to the second test stage so as to calibrate the reference output voltage.
