Abstract:
Provided is a bandwidth self-adaptive control system. A control device in the system comprises a sending end. The sending end comprises: a determination module for determining whether a packet loss rate and a time delay satisfy a pre-set condition; and a regulation module for estimating a bandwidth Ap at a current moment according to a first bandwidth formula, estimating a bandwidth X at the current moment according to a second bandwidth formula, and determining a difference value between the estimated bandwidths Ap and X at the current moment when the determination module determines that the packet loss rate satisfies the pre-set condition, and setting an average value of the estimated bandwidths Ap and X at the current moment as a bandwidth At at the current moment when the difference value between the estimated bandwidths Ap and X at the current moment is less than a first pre-set threshold value. Also provided is a bandwidth self-adaptive control method. By means of the bandwidth self-adaptive control system and method provided in the present invention, a highly accurate bandwidth estimated value can be provided in a complex network situation, and automatic bandwidth regulation can be effectively performed.
