Abstract:
The embodiments herein relate to a method for sharing bandwidth among multiple uplink and/or downlink service data flows, the service data flows are included in at least one media subcomponent and the at least one media subcomponent is further included in at least one media component, the method comprising: receiving a message indicating support of bandwidth sharing; and generating at least one Policy and Charging Control (PCC) rule, the at least one PCC rule indicates bandwidth sharing at least among multiple uplink and/or downlink service data flows within a media component. The embodiments enable the use case where multiple uplink and/or downlink service data flows should share a common bandwidth, to ensure more efficient network resource usage.
