The banking self-service apparatus comprises a banknote container assembly (3), a banknote circulating channel (2), a user-facing portion (1), a control assembly (7), and a banknote validator (4). The banknote container assembly (3) comprises a balance verification and restocking banknote container (33) and multiple circulating banknote containers (31). The balance verification and restocking banknote container (33), multiple circulating banknote containers (31), and user-facing portion (1) are in communication with the banknote circulating channel (2). The banknote validator (4) is provided on the banknote circulating channel (2). The control assembly (7) is configured to control a transport path of a banknote.
