Abstract:
When banknotes have been stacked on a stage (19) of a banknote dispensing device (11), the stage (19) is raised and a banknote bundle is held between the stage (19) and a receiving guide (20) at the upper part of the device. In that state, a carrier (21) is moved forward and a carrier moving plate (25) is inserted above a step (19d) of the stage (19). After that, the stage (19) is lowered and the carrier (21) is moved forward with the banknote bundle held between the receiving guide (20) and the carrier moving plate (25). Then, the banknote bundle is discharged to the outside from a banknote discharge opening (22).
