Abstract:
Provided are a banknote-sorting production line and device thereof for banknote-bundle stamping and code-spraying, comprising a bundle stamping apparatus (10), a bundle code-spraying apparatus (20), and a banknote-supporting platform (220) provided with a banknote inlet (221) and a banknote outlet (222); the bundle stamping apparatus (10) comprises a conveyor belt (110) and a stamping mechanism (120) located above the conveyor belt (110); the bundle code-spraying apparatus (20) comprises a banknote-pushing mechanism (210) and a code sprayer (230) located directly above the banknote-supporting platform (220); the side of the banknote-supporting platform (220) that is adjacent to the banknote inlet (221) is provided with a gap (223) matching the shape of the conveyor belt (110); the outlet end of the conveyor belt (110) extends into the gap (223); the banknote-pushing mechanism (210) comprises a banknote-pushing plate (211) and a first drive mechanism (212) that drives the banknote-pushing plate (211) by moving reciprocatingly from the banknote-inlet (221) side to the banknote-outlet (222) side; the stamping mechanism (120) comprises a stamp (121) and a second drive mechanism (122) that drives the stamp (121) to move. The banknote-bundle stamping and code-spraying device automatically stamps and code-sprays banknote bundles; it has high operating efficiency, each bundle of banknotes has a stamp identifier and a sprayed-code identifier, and in the course of circulation, banknote information can be accurately tracked, making it convenient to refill ATMs.
