A bar arrangement structure of a reinforced concrete member attaining satisfactory shearing strength and bending strength and being high in a reinforcement efficiency, comprising main reinforcements (2) disposed in an axial direction of a reinforced concrete member (1), hoops (3) wound around the main reinforcements (2), and a pair of diagonal reinforcing bars (4, 4') disposed at the side faces of the reinforced concrete member (1). The diagonal reinforcing bars (4, 4') are bent-formed into, for example, a triangular wave shape and are parallelly provided so that diagonal segments (4a, 4a') diagonal to the main reinforcements (2) cross each other, and the diagonal reinforcing bars (4, 4') are joined at respective bends (5, 5') thereof to a pair of main reinforcements (2) parallelly provided at the side faces of the reinforced concrete member (1), or joined to a pair of bracket bars disposed between and in parallel to the pair of main reinforcements (2).
