Abstract:
The present application relates to a bare cell film wrapping device and method, and a battery production system. The bare cell film wrapping device comprises: a support assembly used for supporting a cell assembly, the cell assembly comprising a bare cell and an end cover component connected to the bare cell; and a film wrapping assembly configured to wrap an insulation film around the bare cell of the cell assembly placed on the support assembly. The film wrapping assembly comprises a mounting frame and two clamping assemblies used for clamping an insulation film, the two clamping assemblies being both rotatably arranged on the mounting frame around a rotation axis consistent with a first direction and being arranged at a distance from each other in a second direction, and the second direction being perpendicular to the first direction. In an unfolded state, the insulation film faces a first end surface of the bare cell, the first end surface being the surface of the bare cell away from the end cover component. The two clamping assemblies are configured to, in a state of rotation towards first side surfaces of the bare cell to a first position, enable the insulation film to be wrapped around the first end surface and the two first side surfaces of the bare cell, the two first side surfaces intersecting with the first end surface.
