Abstract:
Provided are a barrier film in which a first layer of a semi-covalent inorganic material and a second layer of an ionic inorganic material are repeatedly alternately positioned, and an electronic device comprising the same. The present invention makes it possible to provide a barrier film of improved water-fraction blocking ability as compared with gas-blocking plastic composite films produced using just metal oxides or nitrides of the prior art.
