Abstract:
Disclosed is a barrier plate-type secondary combustion chamber, comprising a gravity dust remover, a smoke pipe, a combustion chamber housing, a barrier plate, a first protrusion, a separator plate, a second protrusion, a connecting column, supporting bases, an exhaust pipe, a top plate, fixed columns, a baffle ring, an inclined plate, a fixed cover, a hydraulic telescopic rod, a barrier base, an extension plate, a vertical plate, a bottom plate, a slag discharge pipe, and an observation opening. The top end of the combustion chamber housing is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the exhaust pipe; the top ends of opposite sides inside the combustion chamber housing are respectively fixedly connected to the exterior of the baffle ring; the top end of the combustion chamber housing is fixedly connected to the edge of the bottom end of the gravity dust remover, and the exterior of the baffle ring is fixedly connected to the top ends of the opposite sides inside the combustion chamber housing; the gravity dust remover is located above the baffle ring. The invention is simple in structure and convenient in use, prevents airflow swirl from bringing up settled dust particles and reducing dust removal efficiency, and is beneficial to dust removal, and the labor intensity is reduced.
