Abstract:
Provided is a hydraulic drive system for a barring device, comprising three or more main drive hydraulic cylinders, which are divided into two groups to provide a pulling and a pushing force for a driven impeller (10). The main drive hydraulic cylinder comprises a piston rod and a cylinder body, wherein, the piston rod is placed in the cylinder body to divide the cylinder body into a rod chamber and a rodless chamber. A rod chamber oil passage and a rodless chamber oil passage of each main drive hydraulic cylinder are controlled by a control valve module. The hydraulic drive system for the barring device also comprises a control device that controls the control valve module according to a wind and/or a load signal, so as to simultaneously converting a flow direction of hydraulic oil in the rod chamber oil passage and the rodless chamber oil passage of at least one of the two or more main drive hydraulic cylinders. Also provided is a hydraulic drive method for the barring device. The hydraulic drive system and the driving method are capable of absorbing a sudden load when the impeller rotates.
